Groups @ CPF
We run several regular groups here at Carmarthenshire People First,
which you can join - to learn new skills, take part in activities and make new friends.
If you're interested in joining any of our groups, please get in touch to discuss details.
Please note: our regular groups are not currently running due to COVID-19.
We hope to resume the groups as soon as it is safe to do so.
We are currently running a new Walk & Talk group at Carmarthenshire People First.
The aim of these sessions is to do some light exercise outdoors and to chat to other members of CPF. Each walk and talk will last up to 2 hours. We will start and end at our meeting place.
You will need to:
Wear good shoes for walking.
Wear suitable clothing.
Plan for all weathers.
Covid-19 safety: Public Health Wales guidelines.
Please keep to 2 metre distance at all times.
Please bring your own hand sanitiser.
Please bring a face mask in case you need to go inside a building.
No more than 30 people meeting at a time.
We have to consider the safety of us and the public and take care.
Please bring your own water bottle and do not share with other members.
Please bring a card with your emergency contact information. You can put your
